The band will be honoring a fallen hero tomorrow. Sheriff’s Deputy Jacob Pickett was shot in the line of duty and succumbed to his wounds. The band will be joined by a massed band from around the region to pipe the coach in to the grave site and piping Deputy Pickett to his final resting place. The procession is expected to arrive at Crown Hill Cemetery after 3 pm tomorrow.
